Sweating is a fundamental key to detoxification, and detoxification is the key to excellent health and energy. Including sauna sessions in your weekly regimen can improve your quality of life in ways you never imagined! Using a sauna has several advantages. You won't find a better or safer approach to getting rid of pollutants while still burning calories than luxuriating in sweat in an infrared sauna. When you think of weight loss, you probably imagine someone huffing and puffing their way through a workout. A 30-minute sauna session can burn up to 300 - 400 calories, according to clinical studies. It takes about the same amount of time to jog or swim for an hour.
