How do I return?
- Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved
What items are returnable?
You can return your items within 30 days of receipt of your shipment.
- They must be in original condition
- In the original packaging, unopened and unsused.
If the above guidelines are met our team may not honor a refund.
What if my item is defective?
If you receive a faulty item please email us so we can replace the item with a working sauna unit. You have 60 days (free warranty) to notify us of the defective item for a replacement free of charge. If you choose to return the item and do not want a replacement, please follow the instructions below:
- Select the "Defective / faulty" option.
- Explain the issue in the comments. If you miss this step we may not be able to refund you if we inspect the unit and find nothing wrong.
- Only in the case of a true defective item can we refund you for a used and open sauna unit.
Are there any charges for return?
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping
- The shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 14 working days.
